We can provide you with a new end-to-end Axis solution that includes AXIS Camera Station VMS or Axis Insight. Or you can use AXIS W101 Body Worn Camera with a third-party VMS or EMS, either on-site or in the cloud. Either way, you decide how you want to manage your video evidence - while protecting the value of your existing investments.

It comes in white for discretion or black for when your priority is deterrence. It provides location tracking. It starts and stops fast - with a touch. And it buffers up to 120 seconds before you switch it on, so you'll catch the whole encounter. It has stealth mode for surreptitious recording. And a battery life of up to 15 hours at 1080p, charging on-the-go with any USB-C charger, and fast offloading make it ready to go when you are and a snap to put away.

AXIS W101 Body Worn Camera also lives up to official FBI standards for cybersecurity with end-to-end encryption. Axis Edge Vault protects the Axis device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis devices on the network. Signed video allows video recordings to be traced back to the Axis camera from where it originated, so it's possible to verify that the footage hasn't been tampered with after it left the camera. And open standards and cost-efficient docking stations with a separate controller make it easy to add as many cameras as you want anytime.
AXIS Body Worn Assistant
AXIS Body Worn Assistant is an app for iPhone or Android that gives you instant access to stored recordings on your AXIS W100 Body Worn Camera. You can start your reporting already out in the field by categorising a recording and attaching notes to it. All added information becomes part of the metadata and is automatically transferred of the camera when docked. The Live View function assists you to position the camera correctly on your body and can be used to view live action from around a corner or behind a barrier. By using the help, you can access user documentation on how to operate the camera.

Self-assign
By using self-assign, the camera user assigns and pick up any available body worn camera using an RFID tag. The user simply swipes their ID card or tag and will directly get a camera allocated and configured with the specific user information. When docking the camera, after the work shift, it automatically makes the camera available for the next user. This allows different work shifts to share a pool of cameras streamlining the number of cameras needed while keeping the possibility to have fully personalized user profiles.
With self-assign you get the flexibility to install your system to best meet your specific needs. The docking stations can be placed either in the same room or in different locations, you decide. Independent of how your system is setup the assigned camera will always be where you scan the RFID tag.
