The Veritas Flex 5150 is a complete, cloud-connected NetBackup data protection solution in a self-contained, compact and easy-touse appliance. The Flex 5150 expands the NetBackup family of appliances to the edge of the enterprise network and to departmental organizations within the enterprise. Today, enterprise networks span from multiple edge locations to the data center core and to the cloud. Examples at the enterprise edge include branch offices, retail outlets, labs and clinics. Data created at the edge is critical to business success. It needs to be protected and periodically replicated back to the central data center or the cloud.
