Solved my problem

My POE surveillance system was dropping cameras intermittently, most likely due to a 130W power supply running very close to 100% load. By moving all POE cameras to the Netgear GS316PP-100NAS 16-Port Ethernet Switch the surveillance system stopped dropping cameras. This was my first purchase from Network Hardwares, the offer a good price and the item arrived two days later.
